Terms and conditions for competitions on the Villacher Alpen Arena Facebook and Instagram pages.

Organiser

  1. The Villacher Alpen Arena (VAA) is the organiser of the competitions held on the VAA’s Facebook and Instagram pages. Participation in a competition is subject exclusively to the following terms and conditions.
  2. The competitions are not affiliated with Facebook/Instagram and are in no way supported, sponsored or organised by Meta. Questions, comments or complaints regarding these competitions should be directed exclusively to the VAA.

Participation

  1. All persons aged 18 or older are eligible to participate, with the exception of employees (and their relatives) of the organiser. Legal recourse and cash redemption of the prize are excluded. We reserve the right to cancel or terminate the competition prematurely (even without giving reasons). Attempts at manipulation will result in exclusion from the competition or the cancellation of any prizes won!
  2. The VAA reserves the right to immediately delete comments with offensive, racist, sexually explicit, sexist or otherwise discriminatory or illegal content.
  3. Participation in the competition does not entitle participants to a prize; prizes will be raffled among the participants.

Competition procedure

  1. Participation in a competition is free of charge and independent of the purchase of goods and services.
  2. The start and end dates of a competition will be announced on the VAA’s Facebook/Instagram page.
  3. The winner will be notified of their prize via a Facebook/Instagram comment and/or private message.

Information on data protection

The names of participants will be collected for the purpose of participating in the competitions. In addition, the winners’ address details and date of birth may also be collected. This data will be used and stored by the VAA exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competitions. The data will not be passed on to third parties. The storage of data can be revoked at any time by sending an email to office@villacheralpenarena.at.

Information about submitted image material

By participating in a competition, the VAA is permitted to use submitted image material for advertising purposes.
